Shipping & Transit Times
Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping carrier and service level. Expedited shipping options are available for in-stock items only. Orders containing drop-ship or non-stock items will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as those products become available.
Please note that most shipping carriers do not operate on weekends or major holidays. All quoted shipping times refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding carrier-observed holidays).
As a general guideline, UPS transit times are as follows:
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS 3-Day Service: 3 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days

Billing & Shipping Addresses
If an order is being shipped to an address different from the billing address, additional verification may be required. This process can result in slight delays in order processing.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, it is important to notify customer support immediately. All original packaging and materials must be retained, as they are required to file and process a claim.
