Canceling an Order

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. For assistance, please contact SoutheasternOffRoadParts@gmail.com or call/text (864) 524-4649 as soon as possible.


Refused, Undeliverable, or Redirected Orders

Returned or refused shipments may be subject to a 15%–20% restocking fee, along with any additional shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund total.

To avoid delays and added charges, it is recommended that all packages be accepted and then returned through the standard return process.


Incorrect Product Received

If an incorrect product is received, please contact SoutheasternOffRoadParts@gmail.com and include photos of the item along with your order number.

All customers are responsible for verifying proper fitment prior to installation. Southeastern Wheel & Tire does not reimburse any third-party costs such as labor, installation, prep work, or modifications.


Defective Products & Manufacturer Warranty

Southeastern Wheel & Tire does not provide direct warranties on products. Most products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Southeastern is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including labor costs, installation, lost time, towing, storage, or related expenses. Customers may contact the manufacturer directly or reach out for assistance.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • Contact the shipping carrier immediately to report the issue
  • Take clear photos of all damage
  • Email SoutheasternOffRoadParts@gmail.com with your order number and name

Do not install damaged items. Installation will void any claim or replacement eligibility.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Missing packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery notification. A 3-business-day waiting period is required before filing a claim to allow for possible delivery delays.

If a package shows as delivered, a police report may be required. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is accurate.


Return Policy

  • All returns require a Returned Item Number (RIN) before being shipped back
  • Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery — no exceptions
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Important Return Conditions

  • No returns on installed, used, or modified products
  • Wheels must be inspected before mounting tires
  • Wheels with mounted tires are not eligible for return
  • Do not use manufacturer packaging alone as a shipping container

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Mounted tires or wheels
  • Electrical components (lights, tuners, programmers)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or scratch & dent items
  • Apparel
  • Installed products
  • Mastercraft products
  • Damaged items not reported within 24 hours

Special-order and custom items are built or ordered specifically per request and cannot be returned. Clearance and scratch & dent items may have cosmetic flaws and are sold as-is.


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping. Any return shipping costs or international duties will be deducted from refunds.


Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid only for purchases with Southeastern Wheel & Tire. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold.
