CANCELING AN ORDER

REFUSALS, UNDELIVERABLE, ADDRESS CHANGES, REDIRECTS
Any product purchased and returned for a refund or exchange could be charged a restocking fee 15% to 20% of the original purchased price plus any additional shipping charges. These fees will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, contact us at SoutheasternRefund@gmail.com if you email Southeastern please included in the email photos of the incorrect items. Within the subject line please put in "The order number/refund" or call Southeastern office at (864) 444-6823 Southeastern will resolve the issue as fast as possible. You, or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation; we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation
DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY
Southeastern does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Southeastern will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. Southeastern does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.
If you wish, you may contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage, otherwise you may contact us for assistance.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Then, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to us at SoutheasternRefund@gmail.com. Please include your sales order number and the name the order was placed under. Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Missing packages must be reported to Southeastern within 24 hours following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3 business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, Southeastern may request a police report be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO 151 GRANDVIEW DR INMAN SOUTH CAROLINA 29349 UNLESS ANOTHER ADDRESS IS SPECIFIED WHEN YOU CONTACT SOUTHEASTERN FOR YOUR RETURNED ITEM NUMBER. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 20%. IF A RETURN IS SENT TO ANY OTHER LOCATION YOUR REFUND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
-Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Southeastern are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated above, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages. Please email SoutheasternRefund@gmail.com.
-A refund will only be made if your Returned Item Number is obtained and shipped back to Southeastern within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized.
-Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
-No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance of any vehicles. All Wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. MFG’s warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.
--You will be responsible for paying any original charges and any return freight charges.

NON-RETURNABLE: Clearance items, Special items, Custom products, Gift Cards, Programed products, Scratch & Dent sale items, Mastercraft products, Apparel, Installed products, Damaged products not reported within 24 hours after delivered.
Southeastern often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, programmers and calibrators, custom items, Mastercraft items, special order items or items labeled as clearance or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Southeastern and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.
Southeastern also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently, custom or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs. If the items doesn't fit your needs please follow Southeastern return/exchange/refund policy.
Southeastern Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash for any reason. Southeastern Gift Cards are issued and managed by Southeastern LLC and can only be applied to purchases from Southeastern LLC. Please make sure to keep your Gift Card safe, Southeastern is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. When a gift card is purchased please be ready to give the name and phone number of the person who will be using the gift card. Gift Cards cannot be transferred or resold. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Southeastern does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment.
